    We spent a great day!
I had a great experience with my guide, Gulzat. She is very polite, kind and caring person. She replied me very quick any time. I came to Almaty from Japan alone. I was a little bit nervous before but I was very relieved by her support. She invited me to a nice riverside lunch on the way to Big Almaty Lake. I had an amazing afternoon. The lake was beautiful ....
The Aktau Mountains are a kind of paleontological museum in the open air. Here nature has created beautiful gorges of sheer walls with multicolored layers of rocks: from green in the lower part to multicolored and white in the upper.

The Katutau Mountains were formed as a result of volcanic eruptions. Rocks, caves and figures made of frozen lava are dark red in color and have different shapes. In ancient times, the mountains were inhabited by people, and petroglyphs with images of animals have been preserved here. Go back to Bashi.

The Singing Dunes are located between the Big and Small Kalkan mountains. The area of the dunes is 240 hectares. The absolute height of the crests of the dunes reaches 600-650 meters. Features of the singing dunes in strong winds emit a roar similar to the sound of a jet engine. Now the singing dune “according to the results of the national vote” is included in the list of 7 wonders of Kazakhstan and has the official status of a state monument of nature of republican significance.

Charyn Canyon is a beautiful natural attraction located in Kazakhstan. It is part of the Charyn National Park and is often referred to as the Grand Canyon of Central Asia because of its fascinating history and stunning landscape. The canyon stretches for more than 80 kilometers along the Charyn River, and its deepest point reaches 300 meters. The rock formations in the canyon are incredibly diverse, with different colors and shapes that have been formed as a result of erosion over millions of years. The most famous of these formations is the Valley of Castles, which is a series of towers and spires resembling a medieval castle.

Kaindy Lake is located at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. This area is often referred to as the "sunken forest". The cold water helps to preserve tree trunks that are overgrown with algae and various other aquatic plants. The uniqueness of the lake lies in the fact that after the appearance of a natural dam that blocked the gorge, the water that filled the dam formed a lake and did not destroy the spruce trees growing in this place along the river. The upper part of the trees protruding from the water lost their side branches and bark, and the wood turned white. When you look at such a panorama, you get the feeling that you are looking at a submerged squadron: the bare trunks of trees resemble the masts of submerged ships.

Kolsay Lake is located at an altitude of 1800 meters and is surrounded by lush forests and high mountains. It feeds on melted glacial water and has a bright turquoise color, which is truly breathtaking.
In addition to the most beautiful lake, the area is home to a variety of wildlife, including brown bears, lynxes and wild boars, as well as a wide range of bird species. This is a natural wonder that is worth visiting for everyone who travels around the region. It offers us stunning landscapes, adventures in the fresh air and the opportunity to experience the beauty of the wild nature of Kazakhstan.

The city of Almaty is located at the foot of the Tien Shan Mountains and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, including snow-capped peaks and forests. It has a continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. The city has a rich history, it was founded in the 19th century as a trading post on the Great Silk Road. Over the years, it has been known by various names, including Verny, Alma-Ata, and its current name Almaty.
Today Almaty is a lively city with a diverse population and a number of cultural attractions. These include the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and the Almaty Zoo. The city also has a flourishing gastronomy with a wide selection of traditional Kazakh and international restaurants.
